ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: The Grand Prize winner will receive a 3-Day/3-Night vacation
package (“Vacation Package”) for themselves and up to three (3) guests (each a “Guest”;
collectively “Guests” and together with the winner, the “Group”) to the Walt Disney World®
Resort near Orlando, Florida (“Resort”) consisting of: (i) round-trip coach class air
transportation for the winner and three (3) companions from the closest major U.S. airport
to the winner’s residence to the Orlando International Airport (provided, that if winner
resides within a 100-mile radius of destination, ground transportation may be provided in
lieu of air transportation, and no compensation will be provided for any difference in prize
value); (ii) three (3) consecutive nights’ accommodations at a Walt Disney World® Resort
hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (one (1) standard room, with a maximum
of four (4) persons); (iii) up to four (4) 3-Day, Park Hopper passes for admission to Walt
Disney World® Resort (subject to restrictions); (iv) a VIP Tour Guide for up to eight (8)
consecutive hours on one (1) day during the Vacation Package (guide, services and hours
to be determined by Sponsor); (vi) one (1) $500 Disney Gift Card for the winner only
(subject to restrictions) and (vii) one (1) Disney x Citizen timepiece (subject to availability).
The Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the Grand Prize is $9,195.04
First Prizes (5): Each first prize is a Walt Disney World® Resort 50th anniversary Citizen
watch (each a “First Prize”). The ARV of each First Prize is $500.00. There will be five
(5) First Prizes available in this Sweepstakes.
