Bud Light Fan Zone Weekly Challenge

Use your smart phone or other web-enabled device with data plan to download the free Fan Zone application (“App”) from the Apple App Store (IOS Download: www.budlight.com/FanZone) or the Google Play Store (Android Download: www.budlight.com/FanZone) or scan the Game quick response (“QR”) code featured on signs or promotional materials at participating retail locations. Once the App has been downloaded on your smart phone or other web-enabled device, launch the App to begin interacting. Begin by selecting the live NFL game you are watching on TV to start earning credits (“Credits”). You can earn Credits in a variety of ways as indicated within the App (including but not limited to, correctly predicting the outcome of a game and/or plays; sharing activities with friends; or by “catching Fan Zone moments”). See App for details and ways to earn Credit(s). Every one-hundred (100) Credits you earn is worth one (1) entry into the Weekly Drawing of your choice. The App will allow you to allocate your entry(ies) into any of the upcoming Weekly Drawings at any time throughout the Game Period. Follow the instructions within the App to enter a particular Weekly Drawing. Each time you assign an entry to a particular Weekly Drawing, one-hundred (100) Credits will be deducted from your Credit Total. If all of your Credits are redeemed for entries, your Credit Total will be reduced to zero (0) and you may start earning Credits again as described herein and on the App. If you do not redeem your Credits/assign your entry(ies) to a particular Weekly Drawing, you will not be entered into any drawing. Once you’ve determined which Weekly Drawing you would like to assign your entry(ies) to, you must select your prize choice for that week (as described in Rule #3).

Note: Your “Rewards Total” indicates the number of Points you’ve earned over the lifetime of using the App and does not apply to this Game. Only credits earned during the Game Period may be used for entry.

FAN ZONE PRIZES::

“Any Game, Any Where” Prize Package (5 total; 1 in each of 5 five separate Weekly Entry Periods; See Rule #2): The “Any Game, Any Where” Prize Package consists of a trip for winner and fifteen (15) guests to a 2014 regular-season away game for the NFL team of winner’s choice. Trip consists of round-trip air transportation (from gateway city nearest winner’s home), double-occupancy hotel accommodations for two (2) consecutive nights (eight [8] double occupancy hotel rooms), sixteen (16) game tickets, ground transportation to/from airport and hotel and $250.00 (awarded in the form of a check, payable to each guest). Winner and guests will also receive an “Exclusive Game Experience” that consists of a “behind-the-scenes” or “on-field” experience with the NFL team chosen as part of the original prize package (exact inclusions to be determined at a later date, by Sponsor, in Sponsor’s sole discretion). Winner will also receive $1,600.00 (awarded in the form of a check or wire transfer); one (1) “Tailgate Experience” that consists of Bud Light tailgate equipment (pop-up canopy tent, grilling unit, cooler and folding chairs) (exact merchandise to be determined at a later date, by Sponsor, in Sponsor’s sole discretion); sixteen (16) team jerseys and team gear (exact merchandise to be determined at a later date, by Sponsor, in Sponsor’s sole discretion). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) is $50,000.00. Total ARV of the “Any Game, Any Where” Prize Package is $250,000.00.

“Tailgate Build-Out” Prize Package (5 total; 1 in each of 5 five separate Weekly Entry Periods; See Rule #2): The “Tailgate Build-Out” Prize Package consists of eight (8) tickets to each 2014 regular-season home football game for the NFL team nearest winner’s residence; sixteen (16) parking passes; $4,800.00 (awarded in the form of a check or wire transfer payable to winner); one (1) “Tailgate Experience” that consists of Bud Light tailgate equipment (pop-up canopy tent, grilling unit, cooler and folding chairs) (exact merchandise to be determined at a later date, by Sponsor, in Sponsor’s sole discretion); eight (8) team jerseys and team gear (exact merchandise to be determined at a later date, by Sponsor, in Sponsor’s sole discretion). Winner will also receive an “Ultimate Tailgater Unit” which consists of a mobile trailer unit equipped with audio/visual equipment, kitchen appliances, portable restroom unit and associated power equipment (exact specifications to be determined at a later date, by Sponsor, in Sponsor’s sole discretion). Winner is responsible for any registration, title, licensing fees, taxes (including, but not limited to, sales taxes and income taxes), insurance and costs associated with the Ultimate Tailgater Unit, if applicable. ARV is $50,000.00. Total ARV of the “Tailgate Build-out” Prize Package is $250,000.00.

“Full Season Tickets” Prize Package (5 total; 1 in each of 5 five separate Weekly Entry Periods; See Rule #2): The “Full Season Tickets” Prize Package consists of four (4) tickets and two (2) parking passes to each 2014 regular-season home game for the NFL team nearest winner’s residence; and, eight (8) “Full Season Tickets Fly Away Trips” (one trip to each away game for the NFL team nearest winner’s residence). Each trip consists of round-trip coach air transportation (from gateway city nearest winner’s home), double-occupancy hotel accommodations for two (2) consecutive nights (two [2] double occupancy hotel rooms), four (4) game tickets, ground transportation to/from airport and hotel, and $250.00 (awarded in the form of a check, payable to winner). “NFL Keystone Events” Prize Package (5 total; 1 in each of 5 five separate Weekly Entry Periods; See Rule #2): The “NFL Keystone Events” Prize Package consists of a trip for winner and three (3) guests to each of the following events: NFL Draft (April 2014 – New York, New York); NFL Kickoff (September 2014 – Location to be determined); NFL Pro Bowl (January 2015 – Location to be determined); and Super Bowl XLIX (February 2015 – Glendale, Arizona). Winner also receives four (4) tickets to each 2014 regular-season home game for the NFL team nearest winner’s residence. Each trip consists of round-trip coach air transportation (from gateway city nearest winner’s home) to the location of the event, double-occupancy hotel accommodations (two (2) double occupancy hotel rooms) (three (3) consecutive nights for the NFL Draft, two consecutive (2) nights for the NFL Kickoff, three (3) consecutive nights for the NFL Pro Bowl and four (4) consecutive nights for the Super Bowl) four (4) tickets to each event, ground transportation to/from airport and hotel, and $1,600.00 awarded in the form of a prepaid debit card to winner per trip as follows: NFL Draft – $250.00; NFL Kickoff – $250.00, NFL Pro Bowl – $550.00 and Super Bowl – $550.00. SUPER BOWL XLVIII EXPERIENCE PRIZE:

“Super Bowl XLVIII Experience” Prize Package (20 total, 1 in each separate Weekly Entry Period): The “Super Bowl XLVIII Experience” Prize Package consists of a trip for winner and one (1) guest to attend Super Bowl XLVIII scheduled to take place in East Rutherford, New Jersey on February 2, 2014. Travel dates: January 30, 2014 – February 3, 2014. Trip consists of round-trip coach air transportation (from gateway city nearest winner’s home), double-occupancy hotel accommodations for four (4) consecutive nights, two (2) tickets to Super Bowl XLVIII, ground transportation to/from airport and hotel, two (2) tickets to all Bud Light sponsored events and $1,750 (awarded in the form of a check, payable to winner). ARV is $12,000.00. Total ARV of the “Super Bowl XLVIII Experience” Prize Package is $240,000.00.

Applicable to trip prizes: Travel and accommodations are at the Sponsor’s discretion and subject to availability and change. Game date and seating assignments at the Game are subject to availability and change at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Winner and guests must travel on the same itinerary and on the dates specified by Sponsor or prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Winner and guests must comply with all travel requirements, which may include, without limitation, presenting necessary identification (including passport or driver’s license) at the time of travel. Flight schedules are subject to change without notice. Winner may be required to provide a credit card at time of hotel check-in. Any costs incurred due to changes to the original itinerary are solely the winner’s responsibility. Actual value depends on city/day/time of departure. Transportation (other than stated above), meals (other than stated above), gratuities and all other expenses not specified herein are winner’s responsibility.

Applicable to all prizes: If winner cannot accept prize as specified, prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Total ARV of all prizes is: $1,240,000.00.
