Grand Prize and Approximate Retail Value (the “ARV”): Grand Prize (1): A four (4) day / three (3) night trip for two (2) to Los Angeles, California. Trip includes roundtrip coach-class air transportation for two (2) from the closest major airport to winner’s home (in Sponsor’s sole discretion) to Los Angeles, CA, three (3) consecutive night accommodations (based on double occupancy) at the Loews Hollywood Hotel or similar, round trip airport/hotel ground transportation in Los Angeles, California, two (2) tickets to a Sponsor-specified Hollywood Behind the Scenes Walking Tour. The ARV of the Grand Prize is up to $3,500. Grand Prize trip must be taken by September 5, 2017 or Grand Prize will be forfeited. Grand Prize is nontransferable and must be accepted as awarded. No cash or other substitution may be made, except by Sponsor in the event that the Grand Prize (or portion of the Grand Prize) cannot be awarded for any reason, in which case, Sponsor will award a Grand Prize of equal or greater value.
