Prize: One (1) Prize: Winner will receive winner’s choice of up to a 12-Night Azamara Club Cruises? voyage from among all Azamara Club Cruises available, for winner and one (1) guest in one double-occupancy Club Oceanview Stateroom (“Cruise”). Winner and guest must travel on same itinerary. Cruise issued in the form of a cruise certificate. Trip is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules, Azamara Club Cruises Passenger Ticket Contract, cruise certificate, and applicable cruise brochure (“Contracts”). Promotion Entities (defined below) are not responsible if any portion of the Trip is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason and winner will not be reimbursed for any such portion(s) of the Grand Prize. Trip is subject to Club Oceanview Stateroom availability at time of booking. Winner and his/her guest are responsible for all travel valid documents (such as a valid passport, valid birth certificate and valid state identification cards) required for travel. If guest is under twenty-one (21) years of age, he/she will not be booked in a Club Oceanview Stateroom unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. Married couples who do not meet these age restrictions may, at Sponsor’s discretion, be permitted to sail. Winner and guest must sign the Azamara Club Cruises Passenger Ticket Contract prior to boarding the ship. Compensation will not be provided for any unused portions of any prize. Winner and guest are each solely responsible for any and all costs, other than those specifically stated in the Official Rules that may be incurred or arise as a result of being awarded the prize. Such costs may include, but are not limited to all federal, state, local, or other government or quasi-governmental taxes and fees, fuel supplement charges, travel insurance, laundry service, merchandise, service charges, souvenirs, telephone calls and internet access, any travel costs and items of a personal nature (i.e. shore excursions, passport fees, gratuities, alcoholic beverages, photographs, service fees, medical services, etc.).
