GRAND PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded: Grand Prize Winner will receive full ownership of the Bike.
Grand Prize Winner must have a valid U.S. driver’s license issued in his/her state of residence to take delivery of the Bike. All federal, state and local taxes on Grand Prize will be paid for by Sponsor. Any unspecified expenses, including without limitation any costs of obtaining title or registration for the Bike, arising from acceptance and use of the Grand Prize will be solely the responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner; however, Grand Prize will include delivery of the Bike to Grand Prize Winner’s home. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize is $86,000. Actual retail value will depend on Grand Prize Winner’s place of residence. Grand Prize Winner will not receive difference between approximate and actual retail value. Grand Prize is non-transferable. No cash substitutions or redemptions. A valid street address (no P.O. Boxes) located within the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia is required for prize delivery. If Grand Prize Winner declines the Grand Prize, he or she will not be eligible to receive any substitute prize. In the case of unavailability of the prize or portion thereof, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
