Sweepstakes (each, a “Prize”) as follows:
(a) Regional Prizes: The following prizes are available to be won in the Regional Drawing (each, a
“Regional Prize”)
• Eight (8) “Skateboard Bundles”, each Skateboard Bundle comprising of one (1) -196
Skateboard Deck; one (1) Themed trucks, bearings, wheels, and grip tape; and one (1) -196
Skating Helmet. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Skateboard Bundle: $1,493.00; and Twelve (12) “Sunglass Bundles”, each Sunglass Bundle comprising one (1) pair of Ray Ban
Meta Sunglasses and one (1) charging case. ARV of each Sunglass Bundle: $580.00.
(b) National Prizes: The following prizes are available to be won in the National Drawing (each, a
“National Prize”)
• One (1) “Grand Prize” comprising of a 8 day/7 night trip for the winner and one (1) guest (the
“Guest”) to Tokyo, Japan (the “Trip”) comprising solely of (i) Round trip, coach class air
transportation for winner and one (1) guest from the major airport nearest the winner’s residence (as
determined by Sponsor) to Tokyo, Japan (ii) 7 nights/8 days hotel accommodations (one (1)
standard room, double occupancy) at a hotel of Sponsor’s sole choosing in Tokyo, Japan; (iii)

Sunglasses and one (1) charging case. ARV of each Sunglass Bundle: $580.00. The total ARV of all Sweepstakes Prize(s) is $30,411.00
