Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Craft Prize Package is $170.

 Three Grand Prizes are Garden Prize Packages featuring Fiskars® Ease-of-Use tools. Each Garden Prize Package includes one each of the following: PowerGear® Large Bypass Pruner; Softouch® Micro-Tip® Pruning Snip; PowerGear® Anvil Lopper (15”); PowerGear® Hedge Shears; PowerGear® Bypass Lopper (21”); and PowerGear® Bypass Lopper (25”). ARV of each Garden Prize Package is $178.
 Six (6) prizes to be awarded in all, total ARV $1,044.

 Photo must be created for the sole purpose of this Sweepstakes (DO NOT COPY OTHERS’ WORKS, IN WHOLE OR IN PART. YOU MUST OTHERWISE COMPLY WITH THE CONTENT GUIDELINES BELOW AND OTHER TERMS HEREIN). DO NOT INCLUDE OR REFERENCE ANYBODY OTHER THAN YOURSELF IN THE PHOTO. For entry, person must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in the jurisdiction of their residence, whichever is older) at time photo was taken.  Potential prize winners will be selected via a series of random drawings, with each drawing to occur on or about the day following the conclusion of each Weekly Sweepstakes Entry Period from among all eligible entries received during a particular Weekly Sweepstakes Entry Period. All non-winning entries from any drawing/Weekly Sweepstakes Entry Period will NOT be carried forward to subsequent drawing(s)/Weekly Sweepstakes Entry Period(s).

Five (5) random drawings will be conducted on or about Monday, May 27, 2013. Each drawing will be conducted from all of the eligible entries received on each calendar day (ET) during the promotion.

 Fifty (50) Prizes (10 Prizes per Drawing): each, one (1) gallon of Valspar Signature™ paint (satin finish) of the “Color of the Day” (as described in the Sweepstakes Tab). Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of each Prize: $35.00.

 Total ARV of all Prizes: $1750.00. Prizes cannot be shipped to a PO Box or to a location outside the 48 contiguous United States or District of Columbia. If the winner does not like the Color of the Day after painting it on their wall, they can request one gallon of Valspar Signature paint in a color of their choice in satin finish.  A random drawing from among all eligible entries received will be conducted by the Sponsor’s fulfillment center during regular business hours on or about July 12, 2013 to select one (1) Grand Prize Winner. The drawing will be conducted as follows: the Sponsor’s fulfillment center will attempt to contact the selected Grand Prize Provisional Winner in person by telephone during regular business hours (9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. ET) using the telephone number provided on the Grand Prize Provisional Winner’s entry form. If Sponsor’s fulfillment center is unable to reach the Grand Prize Provisional Winner in person by telephone (Sponsor’s fulfillment center will attempt to reach Provisional Winner up to three (3) times during a twenty-four hour period and no messages will be left), that Grand Prize Provisional Winner will be disqualified and a substitute Grand Prize Provisional Winner will be randomly selected from among the remaining eligible entries. The first eligible Grand Prize Provisional Winner that the Sponsor successfully contacts personally by telephone and who claims the Grand Prize in accordance with these Official Rules will be declared the Grand Prize Winner.

 Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a check for $5,000 and a Mojack smoker. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is five thousand seven hundred fifty dollars ($5,750.00). The Mojack smoker will be shipped to the Grand Prize Winner in October 2013.

Promotion is comprised of two (2) separate random drawings. (1) The first is a random drawing for a chance to win the “Dishwasher Prize” in which entrants may enter via Twitter; and (2) The second is a random drawing for a chance to a “Lowe’s Gift Card Prize” in which entrants submit an entry online at a separate Website (defined below). Please note that there is no requirement that an entrant enter both components. Entrants may enter one or the other or both random drawings. By entering for a chance to win the “Dishwasher Prize”, you will not receive an entry into the random drawing for a chance to win a “Lowe’s Gift Card Prize”.
