B. Odds of Winning an Instant Prize: In order for an Entrant’s Game Play to result in the
Entrant being a potential Instant Winner, it must have occurred either at the exact randomly
predetermined winning time as determined by Administrator or, if no Instant Win Game Play
has occurred at the exact randomly predetermined winning time, then it must be the Game
Play that occurred at the closest time immediately following the randomly predetermined
winning time. The number of Instant Prizes available to be won will decrease during the
Promotion Period as Instant Prizes are played for and/or claimed. The total number of Instant
Prizes will not exceed the number of Instant Prizes as set forth in the table in Section 5A. All
Instant Prizes will be awarded provided there are a sufficient number of eligible Winners.
Instant Prizes that are unclaimed, unredeemed or returned as undeliverable will not be
awarded.
C. ARV: The ARV of all Instant Prizes is $8,580.00
6. RANDOM SWEEPSTAKES DRAWING, PRIZES, ARV, AND ODDS OF WINNING:
A. Random Sweepstakes Drawing: On or about June 2, 2014, Administrator will select one (1)
“Sweepstakes Winner” in a random drawing consisting of all eligible entries received during
the Promotion Period. The selected Sweepstakes Winner will be deemed a potential
Sweepstakes Winner pending verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official
Rules. 4
B. Prize: The Sweepstakes Winner will receive at least a $500 Visa®
Gift Card. If the
Sweepstakes Winner entered the Promotion via one (1) of the methods set forth in Section 4A
or 4B (regardless of whether that was the actual winning entry), then that Winner will receive
a $1,000 Visa Gift Card. If the Sweepstakes Winner entered the Promotion via one (1) of the
methods set forth in Section 4C or 4D (regardless of whether that was the actual winning
entry), then that Winner will receive a $1,500 Visa Gift Card.
C. ARV: Total ARV of the Sweepstakes Prize is up to $1,500.00.
D. Odds of Winning: The odds of winning a Sweepstakes Prize depend on the number of
eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
7. TOTAL ARV OF ALL PRIZES IN THIS PROMOTION IS UP TO $10,080.00
