PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”): ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: Grand
Prize will consist of one (1) RIVA Travel System ($199 retail value) and a local playground or
park clean up. Grand Prize Winner will determine location for the playground or park clean up.
The Park Clean Up will consist of the following each designated by sponsor: i) trash removal;
(ii) outdoor furniture (if permissible) and or trash receptacles (if permissible); (iii) planting and/or
mulching; depending on the time of year (“season”) the park clean up will take place. ARV of
Grand Prize will not exceed: $15,199; Twenty Five (25) First Prize Winners: Each First Prize
will consist of one (1) RIVA Travel System ($199 retail value), ARV for each First Prize: $ 199.
