PRIZE(S): ONE (1) PRIZE: A three (3) day/two (2) night trip for Winner and one (1) guest (together, the “Attendees”) to attend
the 2015 iHeartRadio Music Festival on September 18 and 19, 2015 in Las Vegas, Nevada (the “Show”). The trip includes round
trip coach airfare for Attendees from the major airport nearest the Winner’s residence (as determined by Prize Provider) to the
major airport nearest Las Vegas, NV, two (2) nights standard hotel accommodations (single room/double occupancy/room and tax
only) (hotel choice is at the sole discretion of the Prize Provider), two (2) Floor Seat tickets for Attendees to the Show (seats
determined by Prize Provider), two (2) tickets for Attendees to the iHeartRadio Music Festival Village on September 19, 2015
(seats determined by Prize Provider), and admission for Attendees to a private artist performance on September 18, 2015 (the
“Performance”) (Approximate Retail Value “ARV”: $4,999.00). The total ARV of all prizes is $4,999.00.
