Grand Prize (1)
One (1) Grand Prize is available consisting of a 4-day / 3-night trip for the Winner and up to five (5) guests (the “Trip”) to the city in which the premiere party for the FOX television show EMPIRE will take place (“Destination City”), currently scheduled to occur on January 6, 2015. The Trip is currently scheduled to take place January 4-7, 2015, but is subject to change in Sponsor’s sole discretion. The Trip will consist of the following:
(a.) Round-trip first class or business class airfare (pending availability) for Winner and guests from a major airport with regularly scheduled commercial flights close to Winner’s permanent residence to a Destination City-area airport (or, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, $500 in lieu of air travel if winner lives within a 200-mile radius of the destination);
(b.) three (3) nights hotel accommodation for Winner and guests at a hotel selected by the Sponsor (up to three (3) rooms, double occupancy, room & tax only);
(c.) airport transfer to and from the hotel in the Destination City;
(d.) professional hair styling and makeup application for winner and up to five (5) guests for the night of the premiere party;
(e.) ground transportation to and from the premiere party;
(f.) access for the Winner and up to five (5) guests to attend the EMPIRE premiere party and walk the red carpet, subject to availability as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (the “Event”); and
(g.) $400 spending money for Winner and each of Winner’s guests (a total of $2,400, divided equally among Winner and guests).
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize: $33,400.

ENTRANT, IF SELECTED AS A WINNER, MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR TRAVEL JANUARY 4 – 7, 2015.
