PRIZES:Three (3) prizes are available. The prize for which an entrant is eligible will
depend on the order that the potential winner was randomly chosen. Accordingly, the first
randomly chosen winner will be the Grand Prize winner and the second and third
randomly chosen winners will be a Second Prize winner.
GRANDPRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize winner is available. The Grand Prize shall consist
of a “private screening” of the movie “Jupiter Ascending” (the “Picture”) for the Grand
Prize winner and up to fifty (50)guests on a date, time and location determined at the sole
discretion of the Sponsor (“Screening”). All transportation to and from the Screening,
concession items and any other expenses not specified herein are the sole responsibility
of the Grand Prize Winner and his or her Screening guests. (Approximate Retail Value:
$2500.00).Grand Prize winner must be able to attend the Screening on date and time and
location to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion or prize will be forfeited and
an alternate may, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, be selected. An unclaimed and/or unused
Grand Prize will remain the property of Sponsor or its designee.
SECOND PRIZE: Two (2) Second Prizes are available. Each Second Prize winner will
