AQUAFINA RESOLVE TO REFRESH SWEEPSTAKES

GRAND PRIZES: Eight (8) Grand Prizes will be awarded, each consisting of round-trip air transportation for winner and one (1) guest from major airport nearest winner’s home to Miami, Florida, or for winners who live within 200 miles of Miami, Florida, a $600 check in lieu of air transportation will be given (as determined by Sponsor); hotel accommodations (one room, double occupancy) for three (3) nights, arriving on March 26, 2015 and leaving on March 29, 2015; a round of golf for winner and guest at golf course determined by Sponsor, a session at the spa for winner and guest, dinner for 2 at a local restaurant on March 26, 2015 and $1,000 spending cash (to be awarded in the form of a check, payable to winner) which may be used towards meals and other expenses. Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) of Grand Prize: $7,100, depending on winner’s point of departure and destination airport.

Grand Prize General Terms: Minor child may accompany winner as guest only if minor’s parent or legal guardian is the winner. Minor must be accompanied at all times by minor’s parent or legal guardian. Sponsor and Promotion Parties (as defined below) assume no responsibility for cancelled, delayed, suspended or rescheduled events beyond its control. No alternate dates are available and trip prize will be forfeited if a potential winner is unable to attend on dates specified (unless that winner initially selects the cash option). Prize winners and their guests must travel on the same itinerary and, if traveling by air, must have all necessary identification needed for air travel. All expenses not outlined herein, including but not limited to meals and gratuities, are solely the responsibility of the winners and their guests. Sponsor reserves the right to assign seating, airline and hotel.

Grand Prize winner may select a cash option in the amount of $6,100 in lieu of the Grand Prize Trip. The Grand Prize cash option shall be awarded in the form of a check. Actual Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize cash alternative: $6,100. In no way can the Grand Prize Trip prize and the Grand Prize cash alternative be combined.

FIRST PRIZES: A total of one thousand, one hundred and twenty (1,120) First Prizes will be awarded during the Sweepstakes Period, one hundred and forty (140) for each Sweepstakes Week. First Prizes will consist of one (1) of the following prizes, which will be randomly drawn and awarded according to the schedule set forth in Rule 4:

** LA Fitness Gift Card winners may select a cash alternative in the amount of $329 in lieu of the LA Fitness Gift Card. The LA Fitness cash alternative shall be awarded in the form of a check. Actual Retail Value (“ARV”) of LA Fitness cash alternative: $329. In no way can the LA Fitness Gift Card prize and the LA Fitness cash alternative be combined.

5. DRAWINGS: Prize winners will be randomly selected in eight (8) drawings from among all eligible entries received for each respective Sweepstakes Week in accordance with the schedule set forth below. To be eligible for a drawing, entries must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. ET on the date indicated for that Sweepstakes Week. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received for each week. Each drawing will occur on or about the dates indicated below and will be conducted by an independent judging organization whose decisions shall be final. All non-winning entries will be rolled over into subsequent Sweepstakes drawings. First Prize winners will remain eligible for subsequent weekly Grand Prize drawings. Online entries submitted during the Sweepstakes Period are only eligible for this Sweepstakes and do not remain eligible for any subsequent Sweepstakes. Limit one (1) Grand Prize and one (1) First Prize per person/email address/household.
