(3) Complete and submit the sweepstakes entry form located at: http://www.amazon.com/b
All entries under Entry Method #1 must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. (PT) on October 24, 2014.
Prizes. One Grand Prize will be awarded, which consists of:
•A trip for the winner and one guest to visit New York, NY (the “Trip”). The Trip has an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $4,700 and consists of:
o Round trip economy class airfare for the winner and his/her guest departing from a major airport near the winner’s residence [within the 48 contiguous United States (excluding Hawaii and Alaska) or the District of Columbia] and arriving at a major airport in or near the New York City area (the “Airport”);
o 3 nights standard hotel accommodations for the winner and his/her guest (single room, double occupancy) at a New York City area hotel to be determined by Sponsor or Cuisinart in their sole discretion (the “Hotel”);
o Round trip ground transportation for the winner and his/her guest from the Airport to the Hotel;
o 1 Dinner for the winner and his/her guest at a New York City area restaurant to be determined by Sponsor or Cuisinart in their sole discretion; and
o A Cooking class for two in the New York City area to be determined by Sponsor or Cuisinart in their sole discretion.

The total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of Grand Prizes is $4,950.00.
