The Prize Winner will receive the following:
Valle Nevado prize: a seven (7) night/eight (8) day vacation for two (2) adults at Valle Nevado including seven (7) nights’ lodging at Hotel Puerta del Sol, two (2) eight-day (8) lift tickets, daily breakfast and dinner for two (2) people, one (1) day with a Valle Nevado mountain guide.
Rossignol Prize: two (2) ski set-ups OR two (2) snowboard set-ups
SKIS: Choice of two (2) pairs of 2016 Rossignol Soul 7 or Savory 7 skis, two (2) pairs of Rossignol Axial3 bindings, two (2) pairs of Rossignol Freeride Pro poles, one (1) Rossignol Super Haul 2pr Wheelie Bag
SNOWBOARDS: Choice of two (2) One Magtek or Diva Magtek snowboards, two (2) pairs of Cuda V1 or Diva bindings, and one (1) Super Haul 2pr Wheelie Bag.
Lodging may be redeemed within Valle Nevado’s 2015 ski season. Prize redemption is based on availability. Additional restrictions and blackout dates may apply. If winner is unable to travel within the time period required, the prize will be forfeited. All costs, expenses and additional travel costs associated with prize acceptance and use not expressly stated herein as being awarded (in the package description above), including but not limited to, flights, telephone calls, Spa treatments and services, purchases made or other expenses or incidentals are the responsibility solely of the Winner. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Prizes is $8,218. Actual value may vary based on dates of travel and included components. Any stated difference between the approximate value and actual value of Grand Prize or any substituted prize will not be awarded.
No cash equivalent for the prizes, prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any listed prize for one of equal or greater value for any reason. Winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. TOTAL ARV OF ALL PRIZES: $8,218.
