How to Enter: During the Entry Period you can enter the Sweepstakes through the contest page on www.skippywelchspbj.com by uploading a photo of you and your best friend, then complete and submit the official entry form by providing your first and last name, street address, city, state, zip code, e-mail address, and other requested information (the official entry form shall be referred to herein as the “Entry”). The person who completes and submits the official entry form will be considered the entrant (“Entrant”). Submission of erroneous or incomplete personal information will void the submitted Entry. Limit one Entry per person, per e-mail address, for duration of Sweepstakes Period.
Prizes: ONE (1) Grand prize winner will be given a $5,000 Amex Gift Card. Prize must be accepted as awarded, and prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty, representation, or guarantee. Winner is solely responsible for any and all costs, fees, taxes, and expenses associated with prize award, receipt, and use, including, without limitation, all federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize. The prize winner will be issued an IRS Form 1099 for the retail value of the prize.
