Prizes:
A total of thirty-four (34) prizes will be awarded in the Sweepstakes (one (1) prize per day of each entry period). Each prize consists of one (1) LG G3 Beta unit mobile phone. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each prize is six-hundred fifty dollars ($650.00). All costs and expenses in connection with the use of the prize, including but not limited to service and activation fees, will be the responsibility of each winner. Actual value may differ. Any difference between the ARV and the actual value will not be awarded.
Please note: As a condition of being awarded a prize, each winner must acknowledge and agree that: (A) the prize is a pre-production “Beta” unit and is not a final commercial hardware/software; (B) while not guaranteed, every effort will be made to update the prize phone to final commercial hardware/software when available (at Sponsor’s sole expense); and (C) if selected as a winner, winner will not resell, offer at auction or give the prize phone away until after the phone is commercially available at T-Mobile retail locations.
Total Approximate Retail Value of all prizes in this Sweepstakes is twenty-two-thousand, one-hundred dollars ($22,100.00).
