Promotion is comprised of two (2) separate Instant Win Games.
(1) The first is the Code Reveal Game in which participants may play for a chance to win a Code Reveal Prize. To play the Code Reveal Game, you must first obtain a Code (as defined below); and
(2) The second is the Daily Game in which participants may play for a chance to win a Daily Prize. A Code is not required to play the Daily Game.
Please note that there is no requirement that a participant play both Instant Win Games. Participants may play one or the other or both Instant Win Games.

For a chance to win a Code Reveal Prize: To participate in the Code Reveal Game, you must first obtain a code. Look for the product code located on the back of any Ziploc® brand package (number of character varies by pack) (each a “Code”). Or, to obtain a free Code, during the Promotion Period, send an email to freecode@ziplocbacktoschool.com. Limit one (1) free Code request per day per person/email address/Facebook account. During the Promotion Period and once you have obtained a Code, visit the Website and follow the online instructions to type in your Code and play for a chance to win a Code Reveal Prize. Limit one (1) Play per person/email address/Facebook account per day for the Code Reveal Game.

For a chance to win a Daily Prize: During the Promotion Period, visit the Website and follow the online instructions to play for a chance to win a Daily Prize. Limit one (1) Play per person/email address/Facebook account per day for the Daily Game.

Money Prizes: Money prizes will be awarded in the form of a check payable to winner, which may be used for back to school shopping.
Gift Cards and Gift Certificates: Gift cards and gift certificates awarded are subject to terms and conditions as set by issuer.
eBoxTops®: eBoxTops® to be awarded directly to the Box Tops For Education eligible school (“BTFE-Eligible School”) of winner’s choice. Your chosen BTFE-Eligible School must be enrolled in the General Mills Box Tops for Education® Program (the “BTFE Program”) for the 2013 – 2014 academic school year prior to your entering. If your school is not enrolled in the BTFE Program, call 1-888-799-2444 to enroll, or enroll online athttp://www.boxtops4education.com. All eBoxTops® prizes will be awarded directly to the winner’s selected BTFE-Eligible School in accordance with these Official Rules and the official rules of the of the BTFE Program. No eBoxTops® will be awarded to the winner. The potential winner must choose a BTFE-Eligible School by following the instructions provided in the preliminary prize-winning message. A winner’s failure to choose a BTFE-Eligible School for any reason will cause the eBoxTops® that would have been awarded upon verification to be unclaimed. One (1) eBoxTops® credit is the equivalent of one (1) Box Top, or $.10 to a BTFE-Eligible School. eBoxTops® credits will be automatically submitted to the BTFE-Eligible School’s account after completion of the verification of winner. The eBoxTops® credit will be held in a “pending” status until payments are scheduled to be awarded according to the BTFE Program. Sponsor reserves the right to disburse un-claimed eBoxTops® to any BTFE-Eligible School or BTFE-Eligible Schools of its choice, in its sole discretion on or after November 1, 2013.

Total ARV of all prizes: $52,800.00. Limit (5) prizes total per household/person/ email/Facebook account, regardless of which Instant-Win Games you play in this Promotion.
