Grand Prize (1): There will be one (1) Grand Prize Winner who will receive a check made payable to the Grand Prize Winner in the amount of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00).
Weekly Instant-Win Game Prizes (301): Each Weekly Instant-Win Game Prize Winner will receive a Lowe’s® e-gift card in the amount of Twenty-five Dollars ($25.00).
ARV of the Grand Prize is Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00). The aggregate ARV of the Weekly Instant-Win Game Prizes is Seven Thousand Five Hundred Twenty-five Dollars ($7,525.00). The approximate retail value of all prizes in this Sweepstakes is Seventeen Thousand Five Hundred Twenty-five Dollars ($17,525).
A. Initial Entry: During the Sweepstakes Period, an Entrant must visit http://www.zillow.com/win/ and then log into his/her Zillow account. Entrants must have a Zillow account in order to enter the Sweepstakes. If you do not have a Zillow account, you may create one free of charge at www.zillow.com.
Once logged into the Website, the Entrant must then register for the Sweepstakes by entering the information requested on the registration page. Once the registration form is complete the Entrant will be prompted to take the Zillow Home Design Quiz , which will consist of nine (9) multiple choice questions. Each Entrant who successfully registers for the Sweepstakes and completes the Quiz during the Sweepstakes Period will receive ten (10) entries into the Grand Prize Drawing.
Limit of ten (10) entries via the aforementioned method per Entrant during the entire Sweepstakes Period. Once the Entrant has completed the registration form and the Quiz, he/she will be taken to a sweepstakes dashboard page (the “Scorecard”) that will display their results to the Quiz and also provide links to additional entry methods as further set forth below.
B. Additional Entries: An Entrant who has already completed the Registration in accordance with the instructions set forth above, may receive up to forty (40) additional entries into the Sweepstakes for a chance to win the Grand Prize as follows:
i. Trivia of the Week: There will be ten (10) “Instant-Win Trivia Periods” (unless the Sweepstakes is amended or terminated at Sponsor’s sole discretion) as set forth below:

An Entrant will receive two (2) additional entries into the Grand Prize Drawing by logging on to the Website, clicking on the “Play Trivia Now” action item in the Scorecard and following the prompts to answer a trivia question (the “Weekly Instant-Win Trivia Quiz Question”) during an Instant-Win Trivia Period. An Entrant may answer a maximum of one (1) Weekly Instant-Win Trivia Quiz Question per each Instant-Win Trivia Period. Each Entrant that answers a Weekly Instant-Win Trivia Quiz Question during an Instant-Win Trivia Period will receive two (2) entries into the Grand Prize Drawing regardless of whether or not the Weekly Instant-Win Trivia Quiz Question is answered correctly. The maximum number of additional entries into the Grand Prize Drawing awarded under this “Trivia of the Week” method, per Entrant, is twenty (20).
