Grand Prize (1): A 4-day/3-night Spa trip for two (2) to Tucson, AZ. Trip includes:
• round trip coach class air transportation from the airport nearest the winner’s home to Tucson, AZ,
• round trip ground transportation to/from airport/hotel,
• three (3) nights hotel accommodations (based on double occupancy), and
• a $1000 check made payable to the winner.
ARV: $10,500. Trip must be taken within one year of notification or prize will be forfeited. In the event Grand Prize winner lives within a 150-mile radius of Tucson, AZ, round-trip ground transportation will be provided in lieu of air transportation and no additional compensation will be provided for air transportation portion of Grand Prize.
