HOW TO PARTICIPATE: During the Promotion Period, Entrants who visit their local J.C. Penney’s (to find a participating JCPenney location go towww.jcpenney.com) will receive an Invitation (each containing a unique code) to enter the Sweepstakes (enter Sweepstakes atjcpenney.com/sweepstakes ). Entrant will be instructed to follow the on-screen instructions on the site to complete the official registration and enter their Unique Code (“Code”) found on their Invitation. Upon completion of the registration/entry process, Entrant will earn one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.Limit of one code per person/registration/email address. Codes may only be used once. Duplicate entries received at any time during the Promotion Period; with the same Code will be void. Entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. Entries are subject to the acceptance and acknowledgement of these Official Rules and any other applicable Terms of Services/Privacy Policy. The “authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Entrant will be required to provide, name, address, e-mail address, phone number and birthdate and accept terms and conditions of the promotion. All Entries must be completed by the end date and time listed above.

• Earn one (1) additional entry by opting-in to receive J.C.Penney email alerts
• Earn one (1) additional entry by downloading the JCP App (Mobile Only)
Maximum of three (3) entries (during the duration of the promotion period) per valid email address registered, regardless of method of entry.

PRIZE DRAWINGS: A random drawing to select ten (10) Grand Prize winners from among all eligible entries received during the entire Promotion Period, will be conducted on December 7, 2015. Drawing will be conducted by Sweepstakes Administrator whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning a prize are subject to the total number of eligible entries received.

PRIZE: Ten (10) Grand Prizes: a $10,000 check to be made payable directly to Winner. Retail Value (“RV”) is $10,000. Total Retail Value of all Prizes is: $100,000. Total number of prizes awarded for the entire Promotion not to exceed ten (10). All prizes will be awarded provided that there are at least as many eligible entries received as prizes by the deadline date.
