One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive the following: a trip for him/herself and one (1) guest (guest must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older, or if the Winner is under the age of 21, the guest must be the parent or legal guardian of the Winner) to New York City (the “Trip Package”). Trip Package includes:
(i) round-trip domestic coach airfare for Grand Prize Winner and his/her Guest from the airport nearest the Grand Prize Winner’s residence to New York City;
(ii) luxury hotel accommodations for 2 nights/3 days (double occupancy) for Grand Prize Winner and his/her Guest;
(iii) ground transportation to/from the airport and hotel;
(iv) a One Thousand Dollar ($1,000) American Express gift card for food and other incidentals;
(v) a Five Hundred Dollar ($500) gift card to Capizo; and
(vi) theater tickets and tours of New York City for the Grand Prize Winner and his/her Guest.
Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is Seven Thousand Four Hundred Dollars ($7,400). All travel outlined in the Trip Package must be completed by March 31, 2015. If Grand Prize Winner resides within a sixty mile (60) radius of New York City (a “local resident”), in lieu of the round-trip domestic coach air transportation portion of the Trip Package, Grand Prize Winner will receive travel stipend in the amount of One Hundred Fifty Dollars ($150).
