Kellogg’s Heisman Weekend Tailgate Party Sweepstakes

GRAND PRIZE SWEEPSTAKES – Ten (10) Grand Prizes – Each winner will receive a 4-day/3-night trip for winner and one (1) guest to attend the Official Heisman® Tailgate Party Weekend in New York, NY selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Each trip includes: 
• round-trip coach air transportation for winner and one (1) guest between a major commercial airport closest to the winner’s residence selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion and New York NY; 
• Sponsor-selected lodging in New York City consisting of one (1) room for three (3) nights (based on double occupancy); 
• admission for winner and one (1) guest to attend the Official Heisman® Weekend Tailgate Party; 
• $1,500 in the form of a check for the winner only (which may be used toward food, ground transportation, entertainment and miscellaneous expenses while on the trip); and 
• an autographed item from 1991 Heisman Trophy® winner Desmond Howard. 

ARV $7,050 for each Grand Prize. Trip must be taken from 12/12/14 – 12/15/14 or prize will be forfeited in its entirety. If winner lives within two hundred fifty (250) miles of New York, NY, Sponsor will substitute air transportation with ground transportation between winner’s residence and hotel in the destination city, and the difference in value will not be awarded.

WEEKLY SWEEPSTAKES – One Hundred Eighty (180) Weekly Prizes (four (4) prizes per Week) – An autographed football from 1991 Heisman Trophy® winner Desmond Howard (ARV $25 each). 

Total ARV of all prizes $75,000.

There are three (3) methods of entry.

No Purchase Entry – ESPN.com: This method of entry will only be available until 10/31/14 for the Grand Prize Sweepstakes. It will be available for the Weekly Sweepstakes until 12/31/14. For Grand Prize Sweepstakes – KFR promotion codes must be submitted by 11:59:59 PM (ET) on 10/31/14 in order to be entered into the Grand Prize Sweepstakes. For Weekly Sweepstakes – KFR promotion codes must be submitted by 11:59:59 PM (ET) on 6/30/15 in order to be entered into the Weekly Sweepstakes. Entries submitted after 10/31/14 are only eligible for the Weekly Sweepstakes and will not be considered for the Grand Prize Sweepstakes. No Purchase Entry – Twitter: Entrants must go to Twitter.com, log into their Twitter account and tweet a digital photo of themselves striking a Heisman® pose. Photo may only include entrant – no other individuals may appear in the photo. Entrant must include the hashtag #ShowYourHeismanSweeps in their Tweet. Any photo on Twitter tagged with the hashtag @ShowYourHeismanSweeps may be eligible for this Sweepstakes. Use of the hashtag #ShowYourHeismanSweeps constitutes your unconditional acceptance to these Official Rules. 

Limit of ten (10) entries per person, per Day during the Promotion Period – regardless of method of entry.

Non-winning Weekly Sweepstakes entries will be automatically rolled over into subsequent Weekly Sweepstakes drawings. Additionally, all eligible Weekly Sweepstakes entries received during the Grand Prize Sweepstakes Period will be automatically entered into the Grand Prize Sweepstakes drawing.
