TO ENTER THE GRAND PRIZE SWEEPSTAKES: Entrants may earn entries into the Grand Prize Sweepstakes by playing the Online Game as described below. Entrants may also enter the Grand Prize Sweepstakes by visiting http://www.balance.com/outlast/sweeps/ .
Note that for entries earned via the www.balance.com website or www.balance.com/outlast microsite, there is a limit of one (1) Grand Prize Sweepstakes entry per person/email address, per 24 hours.
GRAND PRIZE SWEEPSTAKES PRIZE: On or about September 24, 2012, an independent judging organization will select the potential Grand Prize Sweepstakes winner in a random drawing from among all eligible Grand Prize Sweepstakes entries received. The Grand Prize shall consist of $3,000.00 (Three Thousand Dollars and No Cents) awarded in the form of a check made payable to the verified winner.
TO WIN AN ONLINE INSTANT GAME PRIZE: Entrants who win Level 4 of the Online Game may follow the site’s instructions to provide required information and claim their choice of one (1) of the Online Instant Game Prizes described below, pending verification of eligibility and while supplies of Online Instant Game Prizes last. There is a limit of one (1) Online Instant Game Prize per person/Facebook account.
ONLINE INSTANT GAME PRIZES: The following Online Instant Game Prizes will be made available, while supplies last:
- Four Thousand (4,000) Free Balance Bars Prizes (awarded in the form of Balance Bar free product coupons selected by Sponsor and good for six (6) free Balance Bars);
- Six Hundred (600) Balance Bar T-Shirt Prizes; and
- Three Hundred (300) Balance Bar Water Bottle Prizes.
The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Online Instant Game Prize is $6. The total ARV of all available Online Instant Game Prizes is $29,400.
TO EARN GRAND PRIZE SWEEPSTAKES ENTRIES BY PLAYING THE ONLINE GAME: During the Entry Period, eligible Online Game participants may earn Grand Prize Sweepstakes entries by playing the Online Game as follows:
Attempt Level 1 of the Online Game (whether or not Level 1 is won): one (1) entry
Win Level 1 and attempt Level 2 (whether or not Level 2 is won): two (2) entries
Win Level 2 and attempt Level 3 (whether or not Level 3 is won): three (3) entries
Win Level 3 and attempt Level 4 (whether or not Level 4 is won): four (4) entries
Win Level 4: Five (5) entries
Share the Online Game on Facebook: After you complete your game play you may earn one (1) Grand Prize Sweepstakes entry when you follow the site instructions to share the Online Game on Facebook. Eligible entrants may enter the Grand Prize Sweepstakes as often as they wish via the methods described above in this section.
COUPONS: Entrants who attempt but do not win Levels 2 – 4 of the Online Game may claim a $1 off coupon (with three coupon types available as described below), pending verification of eligibility and as follows:
Attempt but do not win Level 2 of the Online Game: coupon for $1 off 5 Balance Bars
Attempt but do not win Level 3 of the Online Game: coupon for $1 off 4 Balance Bars
Attempt but do not win Level 4 of the Online Game: coupon for $1 off 3 Balance Bars
Coupons will be fulfilled electronically to the email address provided by entrant, must be printed by the entrant prior to use, and are subject to the terms printed on the coupon and available during the coupon printing process. There is a limit of one (1) coupon per person/Facebook account, per coupon type.

By the way was there a Family Guy Sweepstakes recently? I got in the mail yesterday a Collector’s Edition Family Guy Yahtzee. There was NO message or ANYthing like that in the box. I’m assuming I must have won an Instant Sweepstakes or something. Either way I would like to thank you and show you my appreciation for posting these sweepstakes.

I won a choice of 6 Balance Bars or a Balance Bar T-Shirt or Balance bar water bottle.I choose the 6 Balance bars.Thanks Chris! Also I have a trick to winning the games…Don’t press anything, just let the game play out itself, open another page and dont watch the page at all.Only play the 2nd game where you knock peoples hands away..and the rest just click on play and open another browser page until it completes itself.You will find that you win all the stages to level 5 everytime.ONLY PLAY the 2nd Stage manually!
