GRAND PRIZE (1): The “Grand Prize” is a Hyundai® vehicle whose Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (“MSRP”) along with additional features, upgrade or options (the “Extras”) does not exceed $35,000 (the “Vehicle”). The Grand Prize Winner may apply any amounts remaining after the $35,000 used to pay for the Vehicle and the Extras to pay for sales tax, luxury tax, income tax, destination charges, registration, title and license fees and insurance in claiming, registering or using the Vehicle (the “Charges”), provided that the amount for the Charges does not exceed $2,500. The Vehicle make, model and specification will be selected by the Grand Prize Winner subject to availability. The Grand Prize Winner must go the dealership selected by the Sponsor based on proximity to the Grand Prize Winner’s residence in order to select his/her Vehicle within two (2) weeks after the Grand Prize is awarded. If the Vehicle selected by the Grand Prize Winner has a MSRP along with Extras in excess of $35,000, the Grand Prize Winner will be required to pay the difference between the Vehicle selected along with the Extras that exceeds $35,000. If the MSRP along with the Extras and Charges is less than $35,000, the Grand Prize Winner will only receive the Vehicle along with the Extras, reimbursement for the Charges, and a check made payable to the Grand Prize Winner. The check will be the difference between $35,000 and the value of the Vehicle, the Extras and the Charges. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the amount of the check will not exceed $2,500. In no event shall the total amount of the MSRP for the Vehicle, Extras, Charges and check to the Grand Prize Winner exceed $35,000. For example, if the value of the Vehicle and Extras is $34,000, the Grand Prize Winner will receive a check in the amount of $1,000. If the value of the Vehicle and Extras is $30,000, the Grand Prize Winner will receive a check in the amount of $2,500.
The Grand Prize Winner must take delivery of the Vehicle, at his or her own expense, within 14 days of notice of availability of the Vehicle from Sponsor at a dealership selected by Sponsor based on proximity to the Grand Prize Winner’s residence or the Vehicle may, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, be forfeited. No other delivery option will be available. The Grand Prize Winner’s income tax, and all other costs incurred in claiming, registering or using the Vehicle. The Grand Prize Winner must present his or her valid driver’s license and provide satisfactory proof of valid automotive liability insurance prior to the delivery of the Vehicle. The Vehicle details and availability are subject to change. The total ARV of the Grand Prize will not exceed $35,000.
DAILY SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD PRIZE (47): Each Daily Sweepstakes Period Prize is a $50 Gas Card. The Gas Card is subject to the terms and conditions on and in connection with the Gas Card. The use of a Gas Card constitutes the user’s acceptance of the terms and conditions so Daily Sweepstakes Period Winners should read these terms and conditions on the Gas Card carefully. Daily Sweepstakes Period Winners must protect the Gas Card and treat the Gas Card as they would any other valuable document. Each Gas Card will not be redeemed or exchanged for cash, except where required by law. Each Gas Card will not be replaced or replenished if it lost, stolen, damaged, destroyed or used without a winner’s permission and will be voided if altered or defaced. The ARV of each Daily Sweepstakes Period Prize is $50. The total ARV of all Daily Sweepstakes Period Prizes is $2,350.
