SWEEPSTAKES GRAND PRIZE: One (1) sweepstakes grand prize is available. The sweepstakes grand prize consists of the following elements:
(i) Sixty Thousand HawaiianMiles (frequent flyer miles) for each of the sweepstakes grand prize winner and his or her guest (for a total of 120,000 HawaiianMiles), which is the equivalent of two (2) roundtrip Coach Class tickets between any North America Hawaiian Airlines gateway city (JFK, LAX, SFO, SEA, PDX, SMF, OAK, SJC, SAN, PHX, and LAS) and Honolulu, Hawaii (HNL);
(ii) three (3) nights’ standard hotel accommodations (single room, double occupancy, room and tax only) for the sweepstakes grand prize winner and his or her guest;

(v) One Thousand U.S. Dollars ($1,000) spending money (awarded in the form of a check) for sweepstakes grand prize winner only.
Approximate Retail Value “ARV” of the sweepstakes grand prize package is $4,998.98. All travel must be completed by February 17, 2015, or the travel (air transportation and hotel accommodations) portion of the sweepstakes grand prize will be forfeited, and Sponsor will have no further obligation to such sweepstakes grand prize winner.
INSTANT WIN PRIZES: One Hundred and Five (105) instant win prizes are available and shall be made up of the following:
Thirty (30) Wii U prize packages, each including one (1) Wii U™ system, one (1) Wii Fit™ U game, one (1) Wii Balance Board™ accessory and one (1) Fit Meter accessory. The ARV of each Wii U™ prize package is $389.98.
Twenty-five (25) Jamba Juice gift cards, each with an ARV of $25 USD.
Fifty (50) Jamba Juice gift cards, each with an ARV of $10 USD.
Total ARV of all Promotion prizes equals $17,823.38.
