The following prizes will be awarded each entry period: (10) Daily Prizes (120 prizes overall): prizes are to be determined by Sponsor, ranging in value between $8 – $10. Non-winning entries will be retained and included in subsequent drawings.
Second Prizes: On or about 10/29/14, a random drawing will be conducted by Weber Shandwick, an independent judging organization, from among all eligible entries received overall to award the following prizes: (10) Second Prizes: a $50 Amazon gift card and a carePACt (product in a box). Total combined approximate retail value of prize is $60.
First Prizes: On or about 10/29/14, a random drawing will be conducted by Weber Shandwick, an independent judging organization, from among all eligible entries received overall to award the following prizes: (5) First Prizes: a FitBit, a water bottle, and a carePACt. Total combined approximate retail value of prize is $125.
Grand Prize: On or about 10/29/14, a random drawing will be conducted by Weber Shandwick, an independent judging organization, from among all eligible entries received overall to award the following prize: (1) Grand Prize: $500 to be awarded in the form of a check payable to winner, a carePACt, a copy of Frances Largeman Roth’s book “Eating in Color,” a copy of Maria Menounos’ book “The EveryGirl’s Guide to Diet and Fitness,” and a water bottle. Total combined approximate retail value of prize is $545.
Total combined approximate retail value of all prizes combined will not exceed $5,000.
