Instant Win Game Prizes:

School Heisman® Telecast. Trip package includes round trip, coach-class air

(“Football Game”), determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion, will be held. Trip
package includes round trip air transportation for 4 from a major airport serviced by
Southwest Airlines® near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole
discretion); 2 nights’ accommodations at Sponsor’s choice of hotel (single room,
quad occupancy); $600 gift card that may be used to purchase 4 tickets to the
Football Game (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); and $500 spending
money awarded as a gift card (terms and conditions apply and not redeemable for
cash). Winner must complete the trip on the dates specified by Sponsor or prize will
be forfeited. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Sponsor will make a reasonable attempt
to select dates that are acceptable to the winner during the 2013 regular college
football season. If winner cannot travel during the 2013 regular college football
season, winner may choose to travel during the 2014 regular college football season.

49 THIRD PRIZES (1 PER DAY): 1 round trip Southwest Airlines® flight, awarded as a
Southwest Airlines voucher. Southwest Airlines tickets will bear the date of issue
and the date of expiration. Expiration dates will not be extended, and tickets will not
be refundable or redeemable for cash or credit at any time, nor will tickets be
replaced if lost or stolen. Tickets are subject to Southwest Airlines terms and
conditions. Tickets valid on Southwest-operated, published, scheduled service only
in the United States. Tickets are not valid on code-share or AirTran operated
service, or any international service. Tickets are not transferable and cannot be sold
to a third party. No substitutions are allowed. Certain restrictions may apply. Travel
may be booked up to 2 hours prior to departure and is based on seat availability.
