GRAND AND FIRST PRIZES: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: Grand Prize consists of one (1) 4-day/3-night trip for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest on dates designated by Sponsor in 2017 to attend a major motorsports race at a location to be designated by Sponsor within the 48 contiguous United States or the District of Columbia including round-trip coach air transportation for the Grand Prize Winner and guest between major commercial airport nearest Grand Prize Winner’s permanent residence and designated city, three (3) nights’ hotel accommodations (one (1) standard room including all applicable taxes and surcharges, double occupancy) at a Sponsor-designated hotel in designated city, a cash spending money allowance in the amount of five hundred dollars ($500) awarded in the form of a check made payable to the Grand Prize Winner, a “Meet & Greet” session with Dale Earnhardt, Jr. for Grand Prize Winner and guest (date and time to be designated by Sponsor in Sponsor’s sole discretion), two (2) Weekend VIP Tickets for Grand Prize Winner and guest to the designated major motorsports race on dates designated by Sponsor in 2017 (subject to all venue rules and regulations, exact seating to be determined by Sponsor), and race apparel to be designated by Sponsor valued up to $150. The ARV of the Grand Prize is not to exceed $5,000; and TWO (2) FIRST PRIZES: Each First Prize consists of one (1) 4-day/3-night trip for First Prize Winner and one (1) guest on dates designated by Sponsor in 2017 to attend a local major motorsports race at a location to be designated by Sponsor including round-trip coach air transportation for the First Prize Winner and guest between major commercial airport nearest First Prize Winner’s permanent residence and designated city, three (3) nights’ hotel accommodations (one (1) standard room including all applicable taxes and surcharges, double occupancy) at a Sponsor-designated hotel in designated city, two (2) Weekend Reserved Seat Tickets for First Prize Winner and guest to the designated local major motorsports race on dates designated by Sponsor in 2017 (subject to all venue rules and regulations, exact seating to be determined by Sponsor), and race apparel to be designated by Sponsor valued up to $150. The ARV of each First Prize is not to exceed $3,000. The ARV of each Grand and First Prize may vary based on the major commercial airport nearest prize winner’s permanent residence, as well as hotel fluctuations at the time of travel. Grand Prize Winner and each FirstPrize Winner and his/her guest must travel on the same itinerary and be available to travel on dates designated by Sponsor in 2017 or prize winner will be disqualified and the prize will be awarded to an alternate prize winner from among all remaining eligible Entries, provided sufficient time exists prior to the prize trip. In the event a guest is deemed a minor under the jurisdiction of his/her state of residence, guest must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. No additional travel expenses or any other aspects of the Grand Prize or a First Prize will be awarded should a guest’s parent or legal guardian be required to accompany the guest. In the event the Grand Prize Winner or a First Prize Winner resides within a 180 mile radius of designated city, the air transportation portion of that prize will not be awarded and Sponsor will not reimburse prize winner for the cost of air transportation. Grand Prize Winner and each First Prize Winner will be solely responsible for ground transportation between prize winner’s permanent residence and major commercial airport of departure, any and all ground transportation while in designated city (including, but not limited to car rental or taxi fees, gasoline, tolls, parking and insurance), meals and beverages, in-room charges (e.g., mini-bar, room service, laundry services, telephone and internet usage fees, movies), gratuities, travel upgrades, baggage fees, personal incidentals and any other expenses not specified as a part of the prize stated herein. Grand Prize Winner and each First Prize Winner will be required to provide a valid major credit card upon hotel check-in and all in-room charges and any other expenses charged to such prize winner’s hotel room will be charged to the prize winner’s major valid credit card provided. Each prize winner and his/her guest must possess valid travel documents (i.e., a valid government-issued ID) in order to travel. Sponsor is not responsible for any fees or additional charges resulting from the Grand Prize Winner’s or a First Prize Winner’s or his/her guest’s changes to itinerary or accommodations. All travel and lodging will be at the Grand Prize Winner’s and each First Prize Winner’s and guest’s risk. Grand Prize Winner and each First Prize Winner and his/her guest must obey all local laws and regulations while attending prize events and act in a manner that is safe and respectful of the Sponsor. Sponsor, Promoter, Sweepstakes Administrator and the Related Entities are not responsible for and they express disclaim any liability arising out of or relating to any health conditions or physical injuries, or any loss, harm, damages, claims, actions, judgments, demands, costs or expenses, including without limitation property damages, personal injury and/or death arising out of participating in any portion of the Sweepstakes or the use (or misuse) of a prize.Airline tickets are subject to terms and conditions stated on such tickets and various additional material restrictions may apply. Sponsor, Promoter, Sweepstakes Administrator and the Related Entities maintain no control over the personnel, equipment, or operation of any air carrier, ground transportation provider, hotel, or other person or entity furnishing service, products, or accommodations as a part of any prize provided under this Sweepstakes and shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, expense, accident, delay, cancellation, diversions or substitution, or any act or omission, inconvenience, or other irregularity that may be caused. If a prize winner becomes disabled or cannot otherwise fully enjoy the prize due to illness, Sponsor shall have the option at its sole discretion of being relieved of liability for fulfillment of the prize award and no other compensation in lieu of the prize will be awarded. Grand Prize Winner and each First Prize Winner and his/her guest are responsible for obtaining his/her own medical and life insurance and the associated costs. All travel is subject to any and all restrictions instituted by the Department of Defense and/or Department of Homeland Security, as required. In the event, for whatever reason, the designated major motorsports race or the Meet & Greet session with Dale Earnhardt, Jr. is cancelled or postponed prior to or during the Grand Prize Winner’s or a First Prize Winner’s trip for any reason, the cancelled or postponed portion of that prize will not be provided and no compensation will be provided in lieu of that portion of the prize.
The total ARV of all prizes is not to exceed $22,250.
