HOW TO PARTICIPATE: To participate, entrants will be asked to use the Instagram application or
Twitter application on their mobile device to snap and upload photos “showing off” their color nails.
Photos must resemble the different looks posted on the Sponsor’s Instagram and Twitter pages and
must also follow the below criteria:
Display full hand with all (5) nails painted
Feature at least two (2) different nail color shades
No dark or blurry photos
For the caption of each submitted photo, enter any appropriate descriptive text along with the
hashtags “#ColorShowOff” and “#Entry” (collectively the photo and associated text or other
materials are your “Entry”). For each valid photo using the hashtags “#ColorShowOff” and
“#Entry”, entrants will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Limit of one (1) per person, per
Instagram/Twitter handle, per day, throughout the Sweepstakes Period.
To participate in the Sweepstakes you must have a non-private Instagram and Twitter accounts. If
you do not have an account, go to www.instagram.c

PRIZES, DRAWING & ODDS OF WINNING: A total of one hundred (100) prizes will be awarded
during the Sweepstakes. One hundred (100) Sweepstakes Prize Winners (“Winners”) will be selected
in electronic, randomized drawings conducted. Fourteen (14) Winners will be selected on or about
April 21 2014, fourteen (14) Winners will be selected on or about April 28, 2014, fourteen (14)
Winners will be selected on or about May 5, 2014, fourteen (14) Winners will be selected on or about
May 12, 2014, fourteen (14) Winners will be selected on or about May 19, 2014, fourteen (14)
Winners will be selected on or about May 26, 2014 and sixteen (16) Winners will be selected on or
about June 2, 2014 from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Odds of winning
depend on number of eligible entries received. Non-winning entries will be rolled into the next
drawing.

SWEEPSTAKES PRIZES (100): A total of one hundred (100) Sweepstakes Prizes will be
awarded. Each Winner will receive forty-eight (48) nail polishes
The Approximate Retail Value “ARV” of each Sweepstakes Prize is $200
The ARV of all Sweepstakes prizes is $20,000
