GRAND PRIZE/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE. One (1) Grand Prize Winner will win the following Grand Prize package described within this section.
Total Approximate Grand Prize Retail Value: USD $ $23,300.00.
GRAND PRIZE PACKAGE: The Grand Prize is a 7-day ski trip at Aspen Snowmass Winter 2015/2016, AND a 7-day ski trip at Valle Nevado (Chile) in Summer 2015 or 2016, plus airfare from anywhere in the US to Aspen and to Chile, for two (2), which includes Grand Prize Winner and his/her companion. The packages are more particularly described below.
Travel must commence on or after July 1, 2015 and be completed by September 30, 2016.

Grand Prize Winner will receive the following:
Flights to Aspen and Aspen Snowmass Package
Sponsor will provide two (2) round-trip tickets from anywhere in the US to Aspen (Aspen Snowmass) operated by other non-related affiliated domestic US Airline or carrier for Grand Prize Winner and companion, not exceeding USD $2,000 total.
6 Night 7 Day Ski Package for two at Aspen Snowmass, of an average retail value of USD $4,500 courtesy of Aspen Snowmass, including:
Lodging, one hotel room, double occupancy for 6 days
Round Trip Transfers from Airport to Aspen Snowmass
Ski Rental – 6 days
Lift Tickets – 6 days

Flights to Chile and Valle Nevado Package
Two (2) round-trip confirmed space (fare code DM001-0) airfare tickets in Premium Business Class on flights operated by LAN Airlines or LAN Peru which is a Peruvian passenger airline affiliated with LAN Airlines [“LAN Peru”] or its affiliated carriers from LOS ANGELES (LAX) or MIAMI (MIA) or NEW YORK (JFK) on LAN or its affiliate, LAN Peru S.A. to Santiago, Chile. Average retail value: USD$4,000 for the two round-trip tickets.
Should the Grand Prize Winner not reside in LAX, MIA or JFK, Sponsor will cover costs of flights for Grand Prize Winner and companion departing from any airport in the fifty (50) US Status and the District of Columbia with direct flights to one of the aforementioned gateways (MIA, LAX or JFK), not exceeding a total value of $2,000 for both Grand Prize Winner and companion.
7-Night/8-Day Ski Package for two, inclusive of ground transportation, meals and lodging and Ski Lifts in Chile, of an average retail value of USD $6,800 courtesy of Valle Nevado. Package includes:

GEAR and OUTERWEAR
Grand Prize Winner will receive:
Helly Hansen will outfit the Grand Prize Winner and companion with ski and travel gear/wear for two (2), with a total average retail value USD$4,000 in outerwear, courtesy of Helly Hansen
