Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize Winner shall win the Grand Prize which consists of:
(i) the home located in Nashville, TN (the “HGTV Smart Home”) that is featured in the “HGTV Smart Home” special (including home furnishings and merchandise as determined by Main Sponsor in cooperation with the Participating Product Sponsors and installed prior to conveyance) (approximate retail value (“ARV”): $1,085,240;
(ii) One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000) (awarded in the form of a check or a wire transfer) courtesy of Quicken Loans. (the “Cash Prize”);
(iii) a 2014 Lincoln MKZ Hybrid automobile (ARV: $40,000);
(iv) one (1) year of ADT home monitoring service (ARV: $695.88).
In lieu of taking title to the HGTV Smart Home (and the contents of the HGTV Smart Home), the Grand Prize Winner will have the option of receiving $600,000 in cash in lieu of the HGTV Smart Home (the “Cash Option”). If Grand Prize Winner elects to take the Cash Option, the Grand Prize winner will still receive the Cash Prize and the Lincoln Prize.
Total ARV of Grand Prize is $1,225,935.88 if Grand Prize Winner takes title to the HGTV Smart Home or $740,000.
