ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: The Grand Prize will consist of the following two (2) elements:
a. A 2014 Chevrolet SS 4DR Sedan with Silver Metallic exterior and standard interior. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $47,170.00.
Administrator will determine all features of vehicle including but not limited to color of exterior and interior and all other features or upgrades. Winner must be a licensed driver and will be required to provide proof of insurance at time of delivery. Winner is responsible for title, license, registration, dealer preparation costs, auto insurance and other fees associated with prize. Winner must take delivery of prize from the automobile dealership designated by Administrator.
b. A trip for two (2) to attend the Hendrick Motorsports Race Shop in Charlotte, NC (exact date determined by Administrator in its sole discretion). Trip package includes round trip, coach-class air transportation for two (2) from a major airport near winner’s home (determined by Administrator in its sole discretion) to a major commercial airport near Charlotte, NC for 3 days and 2 nights’ accommodations at a hotel determined by Administrator in its sole discretion (single room, double occupancy); ground transportation between airport, hotel, and Hendrick Motorsports Race Shop; $500 cash allowance; Lunch at Hendrick Motorsports with Kasey Kahne; and a meet and greet with Jimmy Johnson.
Winner and guest must travel on dates specified by Administrator (exact travel dates in July 2014 to be determined), or prize will be forfeited in its entirety. If in the judgment of Administrator air travel is not required due to winner’s proximity to prize location, ground transportation will be substituted for round-trip air travel at Administrator’s sole discretion.
Total ARV of the Grand Prize: $52,170.00.
