Eighteen (18) total weekly winners, broken down as three (3) winners for each week of the six (6)-week Sweepstakes, will receive one (1) Zicam product as indicated by the Entrant in his/her official entry form. The Zicam product has an Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of fourteen dollars ($14.00).
Ten (10) first prize winners will receive a one-hundred dollar ($100.00) American Express gift card. The gift card will be purchased online and emailed to the winner or mailed directly to the winner’s postal address. The gift card has an Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of one hundred dollars ($100.00).
One (1) grand prize winner will receive a one-thousand dollar ($1,000.00) American Express gift card. Approximate Retail Value is one thousand dollars ($1,000.00).
The total ARV of all prizes in the Sweepstakes is two thousand two hundred and fifty two dollars ($2,252.00).
