Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize awarded. Grand Prize winner will receive a four (4) day, three (3) night trip for winner and up to one (1) Guest to the 2014 Comic-Con® International: San Diego, CA. Trip will include:
– round trip coach class air transportation for Grand Prize winner and Guest from a major commercial airport near Grand Prize winner’s home (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to San Diego, CA*;
– three (3) nights standard hotel accommodation (one room, double occupancy, room and tax only) at a hotel as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion);
– two (2) tickets to the 2014 Comic-Con® International: San Diego;
– one hundred dollars ($100) per diem for hotel transfers/ground transportation;
– two (2) VIP access passes to the 2014 Comic-Con® International: San Diego Warner Bros. booth; and
– one (1) “The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug” DVD combo pack.
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Trip is two thousand nine hundred dollars ($2,900.00). The total ARV of the Grand Prize with the DVD combo pack is two thousand nine hundred and thirty-five dollars and ninety-nine cents ($2,935.99). Trip must be booked at least fifty (50) days prior to intended departure date. Travel dates are subject to Sponsor approval. Trip must be completed on or before July 27, 2014 or Prize will be forfeited. THE GRAND PRIZE WINNER AND GUEST (IF ANY) MUST BE ABLE TO TRAVEL TO THE SAN DIEGO, CA AREA ON JULY 24, 2014, AND RETURN ON JULY 27, 2014 (“Travel Period”). If any Sweepstakes winner is not able to travel to the San Diego area during the Travel Period, that Sweepstakes winner will be declared ineligible to win any prize and Sponsor shall have the right, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, to select another entrant as a Sweepstakes winner.
* – For a Grand Prize winner who is a San Diego resident, air transportation may be substituted with another method of transportation by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
DVD Prizes (2,000): DVD prize winners will be randomly selected from among all eligible entries to receive “The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug” DVD combo pack (each a “DVD Prize”). The ARV of each DVD Prize is $35.99.
ARV of all prizes to be awarded in the Sweepstakes: $74,915.99.
