PRIZES: Sweepstakes Grand Trip Prize (1): A trip for winner and up to three (3) guests to Dallas Ft. Worth, Texas. Trip includes coach-class air transportation for winner and up to three (3) guests to Dallas Ft. Worth, Texas, standard hotel accommodations for four (4) (two (2) rooms, two guests per room) for three (3) days / two (2) nights, and $300 towards one (1) rental car, for three (3) days. Prize includes private cooking class for four (4) with celebrity Chef Tim Love in his private test kitchen in Fort Worth, valued at $6,000. Car rental does not include gas, tolls, parking fees, collision waiver insurance, or any other related fees and is subject to car rental company terms and conditions. Winner is solely responsible for any and all costs or fees associated with acceptance and/or use of the prize not specified herein as being awarded including, without limitation, any and all taxes (including but not limited to: income, federal, state and local taxes), ground transportation within 100 miles, meals, gratuities, additional ground transportation, and souvenirs. Winner may not substitute, assign or transfer prize or redeem prize for cash, but Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value except as otherwise set forth herein. Winner and guest(s) must comply with all venue rules and regulations. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of such prize portion. Winner and guest(s) must travel together on the same itinerary and are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents. Guest(s) must be of legal age of majority in his/her state of residence (and at least 18) unless child or legal ward of winner. Guest (or, if child or legal ward of winner, winner) may also be required to execute and return a liability/publicity release prior to travel.
