5. Prize: The Winner shall receive the “Girls Getaway at The Cove Atlantis” prize package (the “Prize Package”) for the Winner and two (2) guests consisting of:
- A 4-day/3-night luxury accommodation in an Ocean Suite at The Cove Atlantis for 3 adults
- Round Trip VIP airport transfers for 3 people in Nassau to/from The Cove Atlantis to airport
- A $100 food & beverage allowance per person/per day
- Complimentary access for 3 people to Cain at The Cove
- Complimentary admission for 3 people to Aura Nightclub (guests must be 18 or over)
- One (1) $1,000 American Express Gift Cheque to be awarded to the Winner for use toward airfare
The Prize Package will be subject to the following terms & conditions: i) stay must occur within one year from date of prize notification, ii) stay is subject to the following blackout dates – Memorial Day weekend (May 23 – 26, 2014), Fourth of July weekend (July 4 – 7 2014), Labor Day weekend (August 29 – September 1, 2014), Thanksgiving (November 26 – 30, 2014), Christmas and New Year’s (December 21, 2014 – January 3, 2015) Martin Luther King weekend (January 16 – 19, 2015), President’s Day weekend (February 13 – 16, 2015) and Easter weekend (April 3 – 6, 2015), and ii) the Prize Package does not include taxes, gratuities, extras and surcharges.
Sponsor will not compensate Winner for the entire value of the Prize Package or any portion of the Prize Package not redeemed or for the entire value of the Prize Package if not able to comply with these Official Rules. Winner is responsible for the difference in the cost of airfare if above the amount of the Gift Cheque. If any portion of the Prize Package is not available for any reason then the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute that portion of the Prize Package with another item of comparable or greater value. Guests of Winner must be of legal age of majority in his/her jurisdiction of residence (and at least 18).
Approximate retail value (the “ARV”) of the Prize Package is four thousand nine hundred dollars ($4,900.00).
