During the Sweepstakes Period, an entrant may log on to his or her Instagram account and become a follower or @offoutdoors. Then, the entrant must post a photograph or video on Instagram showing how he/she gets back outside and enjoys the outdoors to receive one (1) entry into the applicable Entry Period. Each entry must include both #GetBackOutThere and #OFFSweeps.
Entry Limit: An entrant is limited to receiving one (1) entry per day during the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of the method of entry.
NOTE: Due to the way Instagram operates its service, entries from Instagram users with “protected” accounts (i.e., entrant has set his or her account so that only people the entrant has approved can view his or her posts) may not be received.
PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”):
Grand Prize (1): The grand prize is a $10,000 for winner to use towards a backyard makeover (“Grand Prize”). The Grand Prize will be awarded in the form of a check made payable to the winner. The ARV of the Grand Prize is $10,000. No more than one (1) Grand Prize will be awarded.
First Prizes (14, 1 per Entry Period): The first prize is a backyard kit (“First Prize”). The specific contents and items included in each First Prize will be selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion. The ARV of each First Prize is $250. No more than fourteen (14) First Prizes will be awarded. There is a limit of one (1) First Prize per person/household.
