Two (2) Grand Prizes will be awarded in this Sweepstakes. One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded to each Grand Prize Winner in this Sweepstakes. Each Grand Prize shall consist of:
• two (2) tickets for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest to attend the Picture’s premiere (approximate retail value (“ARV”) of two Premiere tickets: $40.00 USD), such Premiere currently tentatively scheduled to take place in May 2016 at a location to be determined in California; and
• a three (3) day/three (3) night trip to California for Grand Prize Winner and Guest to attend the Premiere. Trip includes:
(i) round trip coach air travel for two (2) on the airline of Sponsor’s choice from a major airport near winner’s home and in Sponsor’s sole discretion, to a major airport in California (ARV of two round trip coach air travel tickets: $1,000);
(ii) one (1) standard double occupancy hotel room accommodations (on an if used basis) for the duration of the Trip, all details determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (ARV of hotel room accommodations for three (3) nights: $1,800);
(iii) a rental car as determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion, for three (3) days to be used as ground transportation while on the Trip (ARV: $1,200); and
(iv) one (1) movie poster (as selected in Sponsor’s sole discretion) signed by one (1) or more cast members and/or filmmakers from the Picture as selected in Sponsor’s sole discretion (ARV: $50).
Total ARV of each Grand Prize is four thousand fifty dollars and zero cents ($4,090.00 USD).
TOTAL ARV OF ALL PRIZES TO BE AWARDED IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES: $8,180.00.
