The Grand Prize consists of a two (2) day/ one (1) night trip for the Grand Prize winner and one (1) travel companion to Las Vegas, Nevada, to attend the Britney: Piece of Me show (the “Event”), which includes (i) round-trip coach airfare for the Grand Prize winner and his or her travel companion between the major airport that is nearest to the Grand Prize winner’s residence and Las Vegas, Nevada; (ii) one (1) night hotel accommodations for the Grand Prize winner and his or her travel companion (one (1) room, double occupancy) at Planet Hollywood Hotel, Las Vegas, or such other hotel as selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion; (iii) two (2) tickets to the Event, currently scheduled to take place on October 14, 2015 at Planet Hollywood, Las Vegas (iii) the opportunity to meet with Britney Spears (the “Meet and Greet”). The total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $6,400.
