First Prize (8):

If winner’s residence is more than 150 miles from the nearest venue (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion), winner may elect to receive a $100.00 cash prize in lieu of the Richard Petty Driving Experience Ride-Along prize component. Participation in the Richard Petty Driving Experience Ride-Along is subject to terms and conditions of the prize supplier.

B. A trip for two to the professional stock car race of winner’s choice during the 2013 professional stock car race schedule. Prize includes accommodations for two nights, Saturday and Sunday of the race weekend (one standard room/double occupancy) at a Super 8® location of Sponsor’s sole choosing near the race venue; transportation to include either (1) roundtrip coach air travel from major commercial airport near the winner’s residence to a major commercial airport near the race venue (airports being of Sponsor’s sole choosing) plus midsize rental car for two days, or (2) full size rental car for three days if winner’s residence is less than approximately 200 miles from the selected race venue (as determined at Sponsor’s sole discretion); admission to the race; an introduction to Richard Petty and other members of Richard Petty Motorsports; two Richard Petty Motorsports nylon pullover jackets; and a $500.00 gift card from a recognized bank or credit/debit card issuer of Sponsor’s sole choosing, or as a check, in the sole discretion of Sponsor], which may be used to purchase professional stock car racing licensed merchandise (or otherwise). ARV: $2,650.00.
Winner must accept either Grand Prize Option “A” or “B” as set forth herein.
Additional Sweepstakes Bonus Prizes NameError
Sponsor may award additional bonus prize component(s) to the Sweepstakes prizes depending upon the performance of the Richard Petty Motorsports number 43 car in professional stock car cup races throughout the 2012 racing schedule as follows:
a. In the event that the Richard Petty Motorsports number 43 car finishes in a top ten position in any professional stock car cup race during the Promotion Period, the winner of the First Prize Drawing for the month in which the Richard Petty Motorsports number 43 car finishes as described above will win a $250 bonus in addition to the monthly Sweepstakes First Prize already awarded to such First Prize winner. This additional prize is only applicable to those months in which a First Prize is awarded.
b. In the event that the Richard Petty Motorsports number 43 car wins a professional stock car cup race during the Promotion Period (that is, the Richard Petty Motorsports number 43 car finishes in first place), the winner of the First Prize Drawing for the month in which the Richard Petty Motorsports number 43 car finishes as described above will win a $1,000 bonus in addition to the monthly Sweepstakes First Prize already awarded to such First Prize winner. This additional prize is only applicable to those months in which a First Prize is awarded.
c. If the Richard Petty Motorsports number 43 car qualifies as one of the top 12 cars to compete for the championship in the final ten races of the professional stock car season, 1,000,000 Wyndham Rewards points will be added to the Sweepstakes Grand Prize package.
d. If the Richard Petty Motorsports #43 car wins the 2012 professional stock car cup championship (that is, the Richard Petty Motorsports number 43 car finishes in 1st place with the highest point total in the championship), a special $25,000 drawing will take place among all Sweepstakes entries received during the Promotion Period.
Regardless of the number of times the Richard Petty Motorsports #43 car finishes in a top-ten position or wins a professional stock car cup race during the Promotion Period, a First Prize winner can only win a maximum of one $250 Sweepstakes bonus prize and one $1,000 sweepstakes bonus prize.
In addition, if the Richard Petty Motorsports #43 car wins a professional stock car cup race during the Promotion Period, the Sweepstakes bonus prize added to the monthly First Prize drawing will be $1,000, and the $250 Sweepstakes bonus prize for a top-ten position finish for that race will not be added to that prize package.
In all cases, the addition of bonus prize components will be based on the results of the professional stock car cup racing season as certified and sanctioned by professional stock car racing’s governing body.
FOR THE AVOIDANCE OF DOUBT, SHOULD THE RICHARD PETTY MOTORSPORTS NUMBER 43 CAR NOT SATSIFY THE APPLICABLE PERFORMANCE CRITERION AS SET FORTH ABOVE, THE CORRESPONDING ADDITIONAL SWEEPSTAKES BONUS PRIZE WILL NOT BE AWARDED AND SPONSOR SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR SAME.
