PRIZE. Subject to the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, Sponsor will awardone (1) prize in this Sweepstakes as described below. The prize is a trip for two (2) to the 2014 CMA Music Festival scheduled to be held in Nashville, Tennessee on June 5-8, 2014 (the “Event”), which prize consists of and is limited only to the following: (a) round-trip domestic coach airfare for two (2) people between the major metropolitan airport nearest toprize winner’s primary residence (in the event of any dispute, airport shall be as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) (“Originating Airport”) and a destination airport(“Destination Airport”) in the Nashville, Tennessee area (Destination Airport, carrier, seating, and travel dates and times as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion), (b) five (5) nights lodging for two (2) people in the Nashville, Tennessee area (one (1)double occupancy standard room (room/tax only); hotel, room and dates as determinedby Sponsor in its sole discretion), (c) ground transportation for two (2) people betweenthe Destination Airport and the hotel (method of transportation as determined by Sponsorin its sole discretion), and (d) two (2) passes to the Event (tickets subject to the terms,conditions, limitations and restrictions thereof). No responsibility is assumed by Sponsor for canceled, delayed, suspended, shortened or rescheduled events.The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the prize isthree thousand seven hundred twenty-two dollars ($3,722).
