The Grand Prize Winner will receive a Grand Prize consisting of round trip airfare (economy class) for the winner and a guest from a commercial airport near the winner’s principal US or Canadian residence to a commercial airport in or near Paris, France (“Destination Airport”), five nights’ accommodations for two persons (double occupancy), one tour for two of the Louvre museum, a sketching tour of Paris with an Urban Sketcher, a French cooking class at La Cuisine Paris, a floral arranging class at Catherine Mueller Flower School and One Thousand Euros (€1,000) (the “Grand Prize”). The winner and his or her guest must travel together on the same travel itinerary. The winner’s guest must have reached the age of majority in his or her state/province/territory of residence at the time of travel (unless the winner’s guest is his or her child or legal ward). The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is Three Thousand US Dollars (US$3,000.00). ARV will vary depending upon departure airport and Destination Airport and seasonal fluctuation of airfare and hotel rates, and the exchange rate of the Euro. If the actual value of the Grand Prize is less than the stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded. All travel is subject to advance booking requirements (minimum 60 days prior to departure), availability, blackout periods, government restrictions and regulations, hotel, airline, airport restrictions and regulations. Blackout periods may include Christmas and New Year periods and other major holiday periods. Sponsor reserves right to determine accommodations, routing and itinerary. Other restrictions may apply. Sponsor reserves the right, at its election, to award a travel voucher redeemable at a travel site, agency or airline of Sponsor’s selection in an amount of two thousand US dollars (US$2,000) total in lieu of providing for round trip airfare. All incidental costs and expenses not expressly referred to herein as part of the Grand Prize description are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winner and/or his/her guest, including, without limitation, ground transportation, gratuities, insurance and meals. The Grand Prize Winner and his or her guest are responsible to ensure that they have any and all required travel documentation to travel to France. The Grand Prize must be accepted as awarded with no substitutions, except as may be decided by Sponsor. The Grand Prize must be fully redeemed no later than April 30, 2016. Grand Prize winner will be required to designate his or her guest at the time of returning the applicable Affidavit and/or Declaration to Sponsor. Such designated person will be required to sign a liability and publicity release consistent with that required of Grand Prize Winner (if guest is a minor, parent or legal guardian will also be required to sign in such capacity) as a condition to being able to be Winner’s guest.
The First Prize Winner will receive a Michaels gift card in the amount of One Thousand US Dollars (US$1,000.00). The Second Prize Winner will receive a Michaels gift card in the amount of Five Hundred Dollars (US$500.00). Terms and conditions may apply. The prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash value or exchanged for any other prize. If a prize becomes unavailable, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in its sole discretion. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is Three Thousand Dollars ($3,000.00), ARV of the First Prize is One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00), and ARV of the second prize is Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00). The ARV of all prizes available in this Contest is Four Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($4,500.00).
