Weekly Prizes: A total of thirteen (13) Weekly Prizes (each a “Weekly Prize”) will be awarded and consists of a lifetime subscription to Kinedu®, a mobile application that provides age-based developmental activities for babies 0-24 months (ARV $129.99). Kinedu® is not a participant in or sponsor of this Promotion.
Grand Prize: A $25,000 USD Grand Prize (the “Grand Prize”) will be awarded in the form of a one-time, lump sum deposit to a new or existing qualified 529 college savings or prepaid tuition plan account operated by a state or eligible postsecondary educational institution (“Qualified Tuition Plan”) as designated by the confirmed winner (ARV $25,000). All federal, state, local or other tax liabilities or fees incurred as a result of acceptance and use of the Grand Prize are the sole responsibility of the confirmed Winner. No transfer or substitution of prize is permitted, except by Sponsor who reserves the right to substitute prize for one of comparable or greater value.
