One (1) Bonus Prize (awarded in period 8 only): Trip for winner and a guest to attend a taping of Republica Deportiva in Miami FL at Univision Network Studios (one (1) trip awarded in prize period 8 only). Trip includes: (i) roundtrip coach-class airfare for the winner and one (1) guest (from airport near winner’s and/or guest’s hometown at time of entry as selected at the discretion of Sponsor; Restrictions may apply; (ii) one (1) night hotel accommodations (hotel to be determined at the discretion of Sponsor) in one (1) double occupancy room, excluding meals, room service, gratuities, beverages, phone calls, personal purchases including souvenirs or other incidentals are the sole responsibility of the winner and guest; (iii) ground transportation to and from airport and hotel and to and from the Univision Network Studios and dinner at a South Beach restaurant (restaurant determined at the discretion of Sponsor) (iv) meet and greet with Las Senadoras. (meet and greet date to be determined at the discretion of Sponsor). The estimated Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Period 8 Bonus Prize is $5,000.00. The dates of travel are to be determined at the discretion of the Sponsor, however, travel will occur between December 31 2009 and June 30, 2010. If the winner is unable to complete trip on the dates specified by the Sponsor, the winner shall forfeit the prize in its entirety and an alternate winner may be selected, time permitting. Prize consists only of those items listed above. If in the judgment of the Sponsor, air transportation is not required due to the winner’s proximity to prize location, ground transportation will be substituted for air transportation at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

HOW TO ENTER AND PLAY: To play the Photo Hunt Game, visit www.axesoccer.com and click on “play game” (there will also be a Spanish version of the promotion at www.AxeFutbol.com). You may also access the game site via Facebook. On your first visit to the site, you will be offered the opportunity to play a sample game to test your skill (no further obligation is required). After playing the test game, you may register for further Game play by completing your personal information (name, full address, daytime phone, date of birth and e-mail address) as well as accepting the terms and conditions of the Official Rules. Upon successful registration, you will automatically earn 250 points. From then on, you may play the Game at any time throughout the September 6, 2009 – December 26, 2009 promotion period. To play the Game, you will be presented with three sets of two photos and will be required to indicate the differences between the two photos. Each set of photos contains up to five (5) differences. The Game is time-based; the quicker you correctly identify the differences, the more points you will earn. The maximum number of points per Game play is 15,000 points, with fewer points awarded as time progresses. Available points will be continuously displayed throughout the Game, and added to your cumulative point total. There is no limit to the number of Game plays per day or period. Creating a profile allows you to view your individual points total and redeem your accumulated points throughout the promotion period.
BONUS POINTS OPPORTUNITY: In addition to points earned during Game play, you may earn bonus points by entering AXE Shower Gel product UPC codes (12oz. only) on the Game web site. You will earn 1000 points for the first UPC entered; 500 points for each additional UPC Code, for each bi-weekly period. Limit of one (1) UPC per Shower Gel variant (brand) in each bi-weekly period. ONLY UPC codes from AXE shower gel 12oz. products are eligible for points; no other AXE products qualify. In addition, you may earn 250 additional points for each friend that accepts your invitation to play the Game and 100 additional points for winning the challenge. There is no limit to the number of friends you invite to play. Bonus points earned by methods described above will not be carried over into subsequent bi-weekly periods.
REDEEMING GAME POINTS: Once you are registered as a Game participant, Game points may be redeemed for entries into bi-weekly prize drawings and/or obtaining Screensavers and Wallpapers. Redeem 4,000 points for one (1) entry into a bi-weekly prize drawing; redeem 2,000 points for one free Screensaver or Wallpaper. The maximum number of points that may be redeemed for entries into any single bi-weekly prize drawing is 140,000 points, or thirty-five (35) entries per period. Points are non-transferable. Points will be subtracted and tracked from your cumulative point total each time you redeem for prize drawing chances or free downloads. Point balances that remain after redemption, but may not be sufficient to be redeemed for sweepstakes entries or wallpaper/screensaver, will not be usable and will not carry-over into subsequent bi-weekly periods.
