One (1) Grand Prize: 1994 Cadillac Fleetwood, previously owned by Rodney Dangerfield. Winner must take delivery of the Grand Prize at his/her listed residence or another reasonable location as designated by Sponsor. The Grand Prize does not include any additional costs beyond delivery of the Grand Prize. All taxes, fees, surcharges, and costs associated with the prize, including license, registration and title fees and insurance costs, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner must show evidence of insurance and a valid license to operate a car in order to accept delivery, or prize will not be awarded and an alternate winner may be chosen. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the 1994 Cadillac Fleetwood is $2,885. The ARV is based on the value provided by Kelley’s Blue Book for a 1994 Cadillac Fleetwood 4-door sedan with 165,000 miles in very good condition. Delivery of the Grand Prize depends on the location of delivery; but in no event shall shipping costs exceed $2000. The ARV of the Grand Prize plus delivery is $4,885.
