One (1) Grand Prize consisting of:
(i) three (3) round-trip economy airline tickets (valued up to $2,700) for travel to Las Vegas, Nevada from August 28-30, 2013 for winner and two (2) guests on Sponsor’s choice of airline(s) and schedule;
(ii) ground transportation to and from McCarran International Airport (valued up to $100);
(iii) two (2) nights stay for three (3) guests at the Wynn/Encore Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada in up to three (3) guest rooms (with check-in on August 28, 2013);
(iv) $300 in cash to cover spending and other travel expenses;
(v) three (3) VIP bags provided by Sponsor; and
(vi) admittance to the POM Wonderful® Vegas Pool Party event at the Encore Beach Club on August 29, 2013 for winner and two (2) guests.
Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize is: US $4,120. If, in the sole judgment of Sponsor, air travel is not required due to winner’s proximity to prize location, Sponsor, at its sole option, may substitute ground transportation for round-trip air travel, and number of hotel accommodations.
Fifteen Hundred (1,500) Daily Prizes. Each winner may win one (1) of each of the following Daily Prizes during the Drawing Period (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion):
