Prizes and Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): First Entry Period Grand Prize (1): A 4-day/3-night

transportation from a major airport near winner’s home city to Austin, TX, and three (3) night
accommodations with three (3) healthy gourmet meals and a mid-afternoon snack offered daily for
winner and guest at Lake Austin Spa Resort (based on double occupancy and availability). Grand
Prize also includes a $480 Sponsor-specified gift card for winner and guest to be used towards spa
and/or fitness activities. Winner and guest will also have complete access to all of the facilities at
