Grand Prizes: Grand Prize Winners will be determined via random drawing on or about February 10, 2014 by AMG, an independent third party, whose decisions will be final in all matters relating to this sweepstakes. Grand Prize Winners will be notified by phone, mail and/or e-mail (method of notification being of Sponsor’s sole discretion) on or about February 10, 2014.
First Place Prizes: Certain winning times will be randomly pre-selected during the Sweepstakes Period (i.e., January 1, 2014 – January 31, 2014); the first person to submit an entry at or after a winning time will be a potential winner of a First Place Prize. The three (3) First Place Prize options (i.e., pub glass, set of coasters, apron) will be randomly distributed across the (350) winning times.
FIVE (5) Grand Prizes will be awarded. Each winner will receive one (1) ultimate football entertaining package. Each ultimate football entertaining package consists of: one (1) high definition TV (model/manufacturer being of Sponsor’s sole choosing), one (1) $300 gift card (subject to terms/conditions indicated thereon; issuer of Sponsor’s sole choosing) which may be used to purchase football cable package (or otherwise), one (1) ultimate party accessory package (including plates, napkins, cups, tablecloths, coasters, utensils, chip and dip tray); and one (1) cocktail shaker set. Alcohol beverages are not part of the prize. Winner must accept Grand Prize in its entirety or not at all. Approximate retail value of each Grand Prize is $1,500.00. Total approximate retail value of all grand prizes: $7,500.00.
Three hundred and fifty (350) First Place Prizes will be awarded. Each First Place Prize Winner will receive a pub glass, set of coasters, OR an apron as the First Place Prize. (Exact item won as First Place Prize depends on when winner participated in the Sweepstakes, as per “Winner Determination” above; for avoidance of doubt, First Place Prize winner does not choose item received as prize.) Alcohol beverages are not part of the prize. Approximate retail value of each First Place Prize is $25.00. Total approximate retail value of all first place prizes: $8,750.00.
