Sweepstakes Prize: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A 1971 Volkswagen Westfalia (“Vehicle”) and $10,000 USD road trip spending money and $13,500 USD to use toward taxes. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $58,500 USD.
Color, package, options and other specifics to be determined exclusively by Sponsor. Grand Prize winner is solely responsible for income and other taxes and all applicable vehicle insurance, licensing, registration and title fees, if applicable and will be required to show proof of insurance and a valid driver’s license prior to taking delivery of the vehicle. Vehicle depicted in any advertising materials may be different from the vehicle awarded. Grand Prize winner acknowledges and agrees that the Vehicle is provide “as is” and assumes all responsibility and liability associated with such vehicle and agrees to have a licensed mechanic inspect such Vehicle prior using it. Other than delivery costs associated with delivery of the Vehicle itself (which shall be Sponsor’s responsibility), all travel and transportation costs associated with collecting the Vehicle will be the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winner. Grand Prize winner shall be required personally to accept delivery of his or her Vehicle at a time and place specified by Sponsor.
